Some Basic Information About Hydrauliek Olie And Short Description About Its Various Types

Hydraulic systems are being used at various filed such as industries, automotive, aircraft and in marine applications. Most of the industrial machines and constructive machine are working only based on this system. Hydraulics simply refers to the mechanism where it uses a kind of a fluid in order to generate force or power to complete a task using a system or machine. This system cannot be operated without the usage of bel ray as it provides the required power in the hydraulic systems. Basically this oil contains the vital oil which is combined with various other addictives such as anti-oxidants, anti-wear addictives, anti-forming agents, detergents etc. Some of the different types of oils in hydraulics are as follows. The first one is mineral oil or otherwise called as petroleum oil. This oil can be availed easily at a lower cost. It is commonly used as it offers all the properties of hydrauliekolie. The only disadvantage of mineral oil is its low biodegradability and low fire resistance. The next type is phosphate ester oil which is based on phosphate ester. It is formed due to the reaction of two substances namely aromatic alcohols and phosphoric acid. Unlike mineral oil it has all the required properties in order to provide high fire resistance. It also has few drawbacks as it is toxic and it is low compatible towards paints, adhesives, polymers.
Polyol ester oil is another form of hydrauliek olie which is formed through the reactions of synthesized alcohols and fatty acids. Water glycol oil is another type which contains almost 35%-60% of water in the form of additives and solutions. It is non-toxic having high fire resistance and biodegradable. Its only drawback is it will create some damage in the properties of hydrauliek olie along with water evaporation. The last one is vegetable oil which mainly contains canola oil. Its chemical structure is similar to polyolesters. It is also non-toxic having good lubrication properties and also biodegradable. Low oxidation resistance is its drawback. These are some of the types of hydraulics.
